Kinder Cookie Bars Recipe

Recently my mum and I have got the baking bug. We spent last weekend in the kitchen and made a few different recipes together. We started with tray bakes as thought they would be a good way to introduce ourselves to baking and work our way up to some tiered cake fantasy down the line.

One of the recipes we made was Kinder Cookie Bars. I am such a Kinder chocolate lover and these sounded right up my street. I had recently baked some cookies so the thought of the cookie bars seemed somewhat achievable for our novice level.

They turned out really well, so delicious! We substituted Kinder Buenos for White Buenos as it was all we could get our hands on. The recipe recommends 16 servings but we actually cut the 16 in half again for smaller portions. Scroll down for full recipe info 🙂
