Chocolate Orange Peanut Butter Protein Balls | Recepie

There are so many protein/energy ball recipes on the internet. I tend to sort of follow a recipie but also add in some extras that I have in the house. This last month I’ve made 2 batches of 16 balls following Texanerin Baking’s recipe with a few additional extras.

Ingredients

♡ 1 cup (256 grams) natural peanut butter (we used Medidian)
♡ 1/4 cup (80 grams) agave nectar or MyProtein sugar free syrup
♡ Desired Protein Powder
♡ 2 teaspoons vanilla extrac
♡ 1 1/2 cups (135 grams) rolled oats
♡ 1/2 cup (42 grams) unsweetened shredded coconut
♡ pinch of salt
♡ 1/3 cup (57 grams) chocolate chips
♡ Water as required

Method

♡ In a large bowl together the peanut butter, agave nectar or syrup and vanilla extract
♡ Add the oats, coconut and salt along with the chocolate chips.
♡ With wet hands roll the mixture into approx 16 balls
♡ If the mixture will not hold together when rolled, this is the time to add some water until you achieve the correct consistency
♡ Set in the fridge to harden slightly and they will last in the fridge for 1 week

These no bake balls are super quick and easy to make and they are so delicious I’ve got my whole family hooked on them.

If you recreate the balls I’d love if you tagged me in your pictures!
