You will need
♡ 200g butter
♡ 300g caster sugar
♡ 1 large egg
♡ 325g self raising flower
♡ A dash of milk (if required)
♡ 200g milk chocolate (we used Galaxy)
♡ 200g white chocolate (we used Milkybar)
Method:
- Whisk the butter (at room temp) and sugar together until pale and creamy
- Crack in the egg and mix
- Mix in the flour a little at a time, until fully mixed and a dough-like texture forms
- If the mixture is dry, add a dash of milk, if it is too wet, add a little flour
- Break up the chocolate and mix into the dough
- Roll the dough into even sized balls (we made 12) and set them onto grease proof paper to bake
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 200° (preheat the oven)
- Take the cookies out and leave to cool, they will be perfectly gooey on the inside!
Next step… enjoy!! I had so much fun baking these cookies at the weekend, such a fun activity for a chill day at the house & they taste so so so good! Please let me know if you bake the cookies & tag me in your pictures 🙂
