The product itself from the vegan & cruelty free brand is a gradual tanning facial serum that can be mixed with your daily moisturiser (or foundation – you’re welcome..) to give a natural-looking, bronzed glow.
With ingredients like coconut water and aloe vera, the formula is super hydrating and comfortable on the skin. The natural caramel extract colours the product which allows you to see the product going on the skin so you don’t need to worry about any patchy bits.
Tropic’s Instructions– For a flawless, natural-looking tan, mix a few drops with your daily moisturiser.– Use 2-3 drops for a subtle tint, or 4-6 for a more sun-kissed glow.– Apply to your entire face, neck and décolletage for an even, streak-free coverage.– Your tan will develop over the next 10 hours to reveal a perfectly tailored shade.
I never put fake tan on my face, instead I use a darker foundation when I have tanned to match the colour of my body. The Sun Drops retail at £22.00 which is cheaper than my foundation which means I will actually save money by using the Sun Drops – winning. I’ve been using 4-6 drops and it gives a lovely colour, I can totally see myself continuing to use this product year round.
